Shipping
We ensure proper packaging for all our products, with double layer packaging all products will be shipped safely. Packaging differs from product to product.
For furniture it will take 5-10 days for delivery.
And toys I interactive furniture will be delivered same day delivery in Chennai. Out of Chennai 3-5 working days.
Business day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, or any day which is a legal holiday or any day on which banking institutions are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
Returns
At Fezmo kids we take back packages if there is any damage during the time of delivery or any manufacturing defect.
Minor grains variation may be there in wooden toys as they are natural.
In case if you faced any problem with the products function you can very well contact the Fezmo kids support team at their working hours
Discounts
Since we are the direct manufacturers for our products we have worked out to only give the best and best price directly from the factory with a very minimal margin. But during festival seasons we tend to give out minimal seasonal discounts.

Products
We use beech wood imported from Germany for the mini Pikler and push scooter. For the balancing board we use bent plywood imported from British Columbia.
We use HDPE ( High-density polyethylene ) it’s the most environmentally stable of all plastics – giving off no harmful fumes into the environment.
We use Canadian wood for the inner frame structure and the top material we use fabric or leatherette.
Our wooden toy can hold up to 70-90 kgs.
